  • Use a cream that is rich in retinal and other vitamins. Retinal is an important ingredient that helps to eliminate and fight against things such as wrinkles, spots, and facial acne. Retinol is also vital in helping your skin reproduce healthily. The cream will help combat dryness which can also be a skin aging element.
  • Limit the amount of time you spend in the sun and avoid those tanning beds. Ultraviolet rays are terrible for keeping skin looking young. The rays of the sun can burn the skin which in turn can cause scarring. Over time, you will develop dark spots that may turn into cancer. You will also want to wear sunscreen while outdoors that will act as a blocking agent from the harmful rays. 
  • You will also want to stay hydrated as much as possible. Dehydration can cause your skin to wrinkle. Over time this can cause a folding which in turn will leave a permanent crease in your skin.
  • Eat that healthy diet, so your body will have the nutrients that it needs to reproduce healthy skin cells. Your diet needs to consist of all the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. When these things are lacking your body will pay the price and look older than it really is. 
  • Take time to relax from the stress of life. Stress is a major factor in a lot of lives. It can cause all sorts of health issues from premature aging to serious health conditions. People need to relax and learn to let the day go when it is time to go home.
