When filling out the application form, candidates must provide details like their name, date of birth, nationality, email, and phone number. They must also provide their qualification details like the year they graduated and the scores they secured.
NEET 2022: Documents Required
When filling the NEET 2022 application form, candidates must also provide valid photo identity proof, such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, Driving License, or Voter ID. Applicants must also provide the registration number given to them by the Facilitation Center.

Applicants can pay the fee through any mode, including credit or debit card, UPI, or E-wallet, net banking, and more. After completing the payment, applicants should download a copy of the receipt and the application form and take a printout of both to preserve it for the future, in case they need them.
