The movie industry has a plethora of films to offer. Some of them are good, and some of them aren’t, but there’s a specific group of titles that just stand out from the crowd. These are movies you’ll need to see at least once in your life. Regardless of which year they were released in they are classics that each generation should be aware of. Without further ado, here are several such titles:
The Godfather
Who doesn’t love a classic mob movie? The Godfather is one of the greatest movies in the history of cinema. You’ll get to see what it means to have a family as you meet Vito, Sonny, and Michael Corleone and the struggles they go through. It’s a movie that shows you the dark underbelly of New York City as well as the dark history of Vegas.
Vegas is alive and well today although most of the casino industry is online nowadays. Players can have access to lots of table and slots if they visit the best online casino in Australia with fast payouts and any other casino site for that matter. They will have many variants of poker, blackjack, baccarat, and more. The main thing about these sites and their games is to enjoy them responsibly.
The Corleone crime family may be fictional one but it gets most of the things about mob life right. It starts with a wedding that is a happy occasion and parallel to that you’ve got the Godfather listening to and granting requests to visitors. The movie is filled with such parallels and will leave you speechless in the end. The second one is pretty good too.
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
The fantasy genre is filled with all sorts of movies and TV shows, but none of them are quite like the Lord of the Rings films. They leave a good chunk of the books uncovered, but these movies are perfect from start to finish. In the first one, you’ll meet Frodo and Sam, and the rest of the fellowship as they start the journey to destroy the ring. In the second one, you’ll see a fellowship separated, but united by a simple purpose. And in the third one, you’ll see humanity united against Sauron, the destruction of the ring, and the rise of a king. These films may last about 4 hours each but they are well worth the watch, again and again.
The Star Wars Franchise
If Lord of the Rings is the ultimate fantasy franchise then Star Wars is the ultimate sci-fi franchise. If you follow the movie chronologically then you’ll meet Yoda, Anakin, and Obi-Wan as they kill some Sith Lords and find out who’s their master. Then you’ll get to meet Vader and Luke as they take the Emperor down only for him to rise again and be defeated by Rey Skywalker. There are some spin-off movies like Solo and Rogue One which are also pretty good. And if you’re up for it you can go for the Rebels and Clone Wars TV shows as well as the Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett series.
