Alia Bhatt was a girl with big dreams and goals. She knew she had to lose weight if she wanted to start her career as a lead role in Karan Johar’s movie. She weighed about 68 kilograms, and according to her height and age, she was 20 kilograms overweight.

When she auditioned for the lead character of Sanaya, with other 500 auditions, she knows she had to step up her game. Also, Karan Johar clearly says about her weight and give suggestion her to lose weight up to 20 kg.

Alia’s weight-loss journey was no mean feat. The girl is a real foodie, and it took heaps of will-power for her to give up on the treats she loved.   • Squats – 3 sets of 25 reps
  • Forward Lunges – 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Backward Lunges – 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Weighted Lunges – 3 sets of 15 reps

Saturday

  • Warm-up – 5 minutes (stretches, slow jogging)
  • Yoga

Sunday

  • Rest
