These Are A Number of Tips to Prevent Pigmentation Spots:

  • Apply sunscreen every day. Use at least SPF 30 to protect your skin against the sun and skin aging.   • Expose your damaged skin to the sun as little as possible. Think of skin damage such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.
  • Try to avoid large temperature differences as much as possible. Think of temperature differences that can arise in the sauna, on winter sports and after a hot shower.
  • On sunny days, do not use perfume and skin products with alcohol and parabens. This can cause pigmentation spots.
