As part of this, you are also going to need to look closer at evolving threats to ensure that you are properly ready to respond to them in an effective manner. 

Watch for Ex-Employee Breaches 

Sometimes, it is bound to be the case that threats can occur as a result of breaches from ex-employees, which is why it is always going to be worth looking closer at their contracts and what you can do to stop any issues occurring along the way.
