Just because Christmas and New Year are gone, it doesn’t mean you have nothing to look forward to. Easter is just a few weeks away, so you must prepare yourself for another fabulous holiday weekend.

I’m the person who hosts a dinner party every year for friends and family whether it’s Christmas or Easter. I love to have everyone over. Nothing makes me happier. Thus, I’ve prepared a list of some amazing recipes for this Easter dinner.

Let me share them with you so that you know what options you have. Have a look:

Slow-Roasted Lamb

A slow-roasted lamb is going to take your Easter dinner party to a whole new level. Trust me; there’s nothing better than serving your guests with tender pieces of lamb. They’ll love you for it.

The best part of the story is that there are several ways to make a roasted lamb, so you don’t have to follow a particular recipe. Just make sure to cook it slowly on a light flame. The idea is to enjoy a tender roasted lamb, not something that takes hours to chew.

Chicken Parmigiana

Chicken parmigiana, also known as parmesan chicken, is another delicious recipe from the 20th-century Italian diaspora. It consists of breaded chicken breasts coated with parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and tomato sauce.

In case you don’t want to serve all meat, you can switch chicken with eggplant in this recipe. Yes, eggplant parmigiana is also quite popular in Italy. In fact, it’s the best option for your vegan guests.

Creamy Spinach Pasta

It’s always a great idea to add some richness to the menu. Although you can serve roasted lamb and chicken parmigiana with other things like mashed potatoes or sautéed vegetables, the dinner table remains incomplete without pasta.

That being said, creamy spinach pasta is a must-try recipe. Though it’s a meal of its own, I still suggest you serve it with some garlic bread. Cheesy garlic bread, in fact, to add oomph to the dinner table.

Maple Pecan Rolls

Many people believe cinnamon or pecan rolls are meant to be eaten for breakfast. Well, it’s an entirely incorrect approach. They can make the best dessert, regardless of the time and occasion. You can have them with all three meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

For this, you need to follow the simple, old cinnamon rolls recipe. All you need to do is add pecans in it and spray some maple syrup at the end for added flavor. To have some fun with the recipe, I suggest you add cannabis-infused edibles to it. It will help you loosen up a bit.

A Lemon Pound Cake

Every occasion and all festive dinners remain incomplete without a lemon cake. It’s one thing that you must have on your dinner table. Not to mention, it’s the easiest thing to prepare. In simple words, it’s a two-minute recipe.

Get a lemon cake mix, add some milk and a few eggs in it, and beat the mixture until it’s all fluffy. Make sure not to overbake it. Lemon cakes are supposed to be spongy and soft, unlike brownies that are usually a bit firm.

Lastly, please don’t forget to prepare some Easter-themed goodie bags for your guests. They must take a souvenir home. Happy holidays, guys!
