The Devil May Cry Franchise
Believe it or not, this is a game that’s loosely based on Dante’s Divine Comedy. You’ll get Dante, Virgil, and the Devil, or in this case Sparda, and several other demonic creatures. Nero is part of this too. Dante is the rockstar of the bunch and along with Lady and Triss.
While the story in this game is not its strongest point, you’ll get to slash some demons as you’re closing to your objective.
The fifth title is the newest installment in the franchise, but it is far from over. If facing demons with a techno soundtrack in the back is your cup of tea, then this RPG is for you.
The Mass Effect Franchise
This sci-fi franchise is one of the best ones out there. You’ll get to play as Commander Shepherd and face all sorts of alien threats. The teammates will help you in this task and it’s similar to KOTOR as what you say and do will affect the game. The trilogy is made up of 3 RPGs that are worth your while.
The Dragon Age Franchise
Currently, this series of games has three titles. The first one is Origins, the second one is just Dragon Age II, and the third one’s Inquisition. These are fantasy titles that follow each other and give you the role of a protagonist that can be a rogue, mage, or warrior, gather companions on your journey, and defeat the evil forces.
